Namebase Wallet creates and stores your keys on your device. Namebase cannot access your wallet, freeze a balance, or recover your phrase. That control belongs to you, along with the responsibility to keep your recovery phrase safe.
Moving from the previous Namebase? Create your wallet first, then use the withdrawal tool to send HNS and transfer names to its receive address. There is no old recovery phrase to import because the previous service held the keys for you. Read the transition updates on the blog.
