Three ways to reach us, and a person reads all of them. Email is best for anything about your account, a domain you own or an order you have paid for. Discord is the fastest way to get a question answered in the open, and usually where somebody else has already hit the same thing.
If you are writing about a specific domain, include the name itself and send it from the email address on the account. That is usually the difference between an answer and a reply asking which account you mean.
